Clapboard is planned for the exterior of <br /> the building, with the use of some brick. It was noted wood <br /> is preferred over vinyl. The tower appears too dominant and <br /> will be scaled down. <br /> Other concerns included illumination, ground lighting, the <br /> lack of space around the gas pumps, wood--carved signage, the <br /> use of architect shingles, the need for a tree canopy, and the <br /> location of the bikepath. It was recommended that Cape Cod <br /> Commission regulations be followed concerning lighting. <br /> 4 . Mashpee Industrial Park Trust <br /> Atty. Patrick Bulter displayed an upgraded plan showing two <br /> changes.
