The parking <br /> lot lighting cannot go beyond the perimeter of the property; this should be addressed <br /> in future plans. <br /> In summary: fans can go out back, more money should be spent on the front of the <br /> building to enhance its appearance, eliminate some of the doors, show where the <br /> vents are going to go, this committee needs to see all four sides to scale on a plan, <br /> come in with colors, consult with the Technical Review Committee, bring in signs <br /> and lighting plans if you have them the next time you come in. <br /> 2. Mashpee Industrial Park, 89 Industrial Drive <br /> Mr. Frank Whiting showed plans for the use of the lot for pipe storage only; no <br /> building is planned. The legality of such usage was questioned and should be <br /> investigated by the applicant. <br /> The landscaping plans displayed 3-4 ft high shrubs in the rear. It was suggested a <br /> 20 ft. to 25 ft. buffer should be installed at the rear of the property which abuts a <br /> residential zone. Also, topo and lighting plans should be submitted. <br /> 3. Windchimes, 90 Great Neck Road South - Sign <br /> The proposed sign met all the criteria of the Design Review Committee. <br /> It was mentioned the project is basically going in the right direction.
