Mashpee Commons — Cape Cod Bank & Trust (Stop & Shop) <br /> The proponent Plymouth Sign Company informs committee the new sign is the <br /> same size and same color as the existing sign. The Cape Cod Bank &Trust will <br /> change to a new logo, and the logo colors will accent from purple to gold. The <br /> committee approves of this sign plan. <br /> 4. Mashpee Commons - Gap <br /> The proponent Plymouth Sign Company informs the committee that the Gap <br /> store plans for 11 signs in total. The signs are dark blue color, white lettering. <br /> j Five of the i.d. signs are similar in size, 30" by 30". There are two 5' by 5' signs <br /> planned for the brick face; these signs require special permits. The committee <br /> advises these 5' by 5' signs should be reduced to 4' by 4' in size. Also, four <br /> signs in total are planned to the back of building, including two 8' by 8' signs; <br /> committee advises these 8' by 8' signs should be reduced to 4' by 4'. The <br /> proponent will rework this signage plan before next appearance. <br /> Plan Review <br /> 5. 129 Industrial Drive — Gary Tavares <br /> Attorney Laura Moynihan is appearing for the proponent. This plan is applied for <br /> under special permit as a landscape yard, including mulch storage. This plan is <br /> not subject to the Cape Cod Commission. The building is 4,000 sq. ft., with <br /> outdoor storage area. This will be a retail operation, not wholesale. The site will <br /> be enclosed by barbwire fence, with a sliding entrance gate. <br /> The plan shows no sidewalk; by code, there must be accessibility to the building. <br /> There will be septic and a catch basin, piped to swales. The residential buffer <br /> area is 200'. Starting time for operation is 7:00 a.m. The applicant is scheduled <br /> tn <br /> before the Board of Appeals on March 28 <br />
