Town of Mashpee 16 Great Neck Road North Maslipee, Massachrisetts 02649 DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF August 15, 2001 The Design Review Committee met at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 15, 2001 in Mashpee-Town Hall. Committee members present: Edward Govoni, Chairman; Walter Yarosh. Also present: Russ Wheeler. Site Plan and Landscape Review 1. Route 130 and Oakland Road — Dr. Leach Veterinary Hospital The proponents are Dr. John Leach and Thomas Moroni. The plan shown is still the old plan. The building will be greenish in color; there will be stone in front. The back door has been eliminated from the building. There will be no sign on the building;. I.D. sign is planned for driveway. There is a shed extension that extends off from the roof and across. The dog run will be enclosed in a metal building. The proponent must use the correct footprint in plan. The building as shown is not the right size. The building measurements and elevations do not match on . the plan; there are four different elevations, two different scales. The driveway is not shown on one side. The doors are too low coming off the handicap ramp. The landscaping and vegetation plan is not complete. The Committee feels the proponent should go back to the drawing board. The proponent should bring two stamped copies of a landscape plan for the next meeting. The landscaping and vegetation plan must be put together, and the plans must match. The building measurements must match. The drive aisles must show. The Committee will reschedule this meeting.
