O'Hara; Mary LeBlanc. <br /> Also present: Pat White. <br /> Site Plan and Landscape Review <br /> 1. 84 Algonquin Road — Casey Tree & Landscape <br /> Mr. Yarosh stepping down from the Committee for this proposal. The presenter <br /> for this proposal is Cape & Islands Survey. The building is designed for office <br /> space, with equipment storage beneath; building will have a house-like <br /> appearance. The building is wood clapboard, with no color scheme chosen. <br /> Limited outside storage of landscape material. Limited public traffic to this site. <br /> Buffer zone to residential abutter is 20' scrub oak and scrub pine, and Committee <br /> advises denser screening here with evergreens; proponent plans on adding <br /> rhododendrons also. No buffer zone on abutter Cormier side, and 10' from <br /> property line to parking area; needs denser buffer zone, evergreen tree line, 6'. <br /> The proponent will irrigate. <br /> The Committee feels general plan O.K. The proponent returned with lighting <br /> plans for this site, and will again return with signage plan. <br /> eb <br />
