14 Sampson's Mill Road <br /> James Crocker <br /> Matthew Eddy of Baxter,Nye &.Holmgren, Inc. attended, representing James Crocker. Mr. <br /> Eddy made following comments: <br /> • He was surprised about what transpired at ZBA meeting. <br /> • Since Mary not at this meeting he'll call her regarding landscaping. <br /> • Doesn't make sense to put entrance where suggested because of,elevation and other <br /> issues. Therefore they're looking at putting entrance off of Rt. 28 roughly 200 feet <br /> from corner of Sampson's Mill Road. He said he spoke with Mass Highway and <br /> they'd allow it. They'd leave other entrance as an emergency entrance. He said Lot 2 <br /> already approved site plan with entrance where it is as a shared entrance. <br /> • They could place easement on second lot for drainage and buffer. He'll talk to Mary <br /> about this. <br /> • Matt said they're trying to meet all different regulations. <br /> Ed stated that Walter would look at this and comment on it. <br /> Matt Eddy will get Kevin to draft a letter and send to Planning Board,to ZBA, and to Design <br /> Review.
