Mashpce Design Review Committee <br /> Minutes of Meeting Held Wednesday,December 11,2002 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 3 <br /> Committee Members Present: Walter Yarosh,Mary LeBlanc,Edward Govoni, Thomas <br /> O'Hara, and Russell Wheeler. Also present: Richard Hawryluk(Building Dept.). <br /> Absent: Don Myers. <br /> The meeting came to order at 9:45 a.m. <br /> S„igns <br /> KC Coombs and Quashnet <br /> Message Board Sign <br /> Intersection of Great Neck Road North and Old Barnstable Road <br /> Carol Mitchell attended. Following discussion, the suggestion was made to back the sign a <br /> little farther back from the highway;remove the old sign; and add ladder to the new sign. <br /> Catherine Leurent of DPW said they would take the old sign down. <br /> Great Neck Woods Cemetery <br /> 251 Great Neck Road South <br /> Catherine Leurent of DPW was present and showed the sign layout. <br /> Conclusion: Stamped approved. <br /> Site Plan and Landscape Review <br /> 54 Echo Road <br /> Tower Proposal <br /> Donald Cody was present and reviewed plan layout. He said they have FAA approval, with <br /> concurrence of Otis facility for 150-foot height. He said it's a single monopole with a base <br /> of about 5 feet that contours up to 3 feet; is a typical cell phone tower; and it's been approved <br /> by Cape Cod Commission. They are in front of Mashpee Planning Board now. <br /> Unfortunately, they're hung up in Courts. <br /> Buffer zone questions between driveway and land property line were discussed. <br /> Recommendation: Leave driveway where it is with condition that whatever trees are there be <br /> left on left-and right-hand side. <br /> Conclusion: Approved with conditions noted <br />
