r <br /> Mashpee Design Review Committee <br /> Minutes of Meeting Held Wednesday,January 15, 2003 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 3 <br /> Committee Members Present: Walter Yarosh,Mary LeBlanc, Edward Govoni, Thomas <br /> O'Hara, and Russell Wheeler. <br /> Absent: Don Myers. <br /> The meeting came to order at 9:30 a.m. <br /> Suns <br /> Rockland Trust <br /> 5 Shellback Way <br /> Plymouth Sign Co. <br /> Conclusion: All signs submitted were stamped approved. <br /> Suns and Site Plan and Landscape Review <br /> Boston Interiors <br /> 106 Falmouth Road <br /> Present for Boston Interiors: Kenneth Loring(President), Peter DiMeo(architect), Stuart <br /> Bernstein, and Fred Baker. They showed photos and layout of the site and said they want to <br /> create a new look to make the building look less industrial-plant and more Cape-type look. <br /> Discussed in great detail painting the existing brick portion of the building and red banner- <br /> type awning. It was suggested they get site plan and look at"set-back"requirement. <br /> Conclusion: They are going to: <br /> • Consider changing opening at Rt. 28 entrance. <br /> Get back with another set of Plans to Building Department. <br /> • Submit landscape plans, and Mary will review. <br /> Cape Cod Fence <br /> 14 Falmouth Road <br /> Rob Mills(representing Davenport Realty Trust),Rick Bates, and Jack Landers were present. <br /> They showed footprint layout flan. Walter repeated to them that the problem still exists with <br /> Iand parcel(s) not meeting buffer and setback requirements, etc. Also discussed landscaping <br /> and that if they have to remove trees then they have to come in with re-vegetation Plan. <br /> Walter reiterated that Design Review can only comment on Plan finalized and submitted. <br />
