Both Al and Chuck discussed in great detail with Design Review Committee members the <br /> changing they're proposing. For example: <br /> • Changing Building C entrance to make it more appealing and that the exterior to be <br /> repainted, as is <br /> • Building A(Carbo's) staying same colors and they're looking to make improvement <br /> between Building A and Michelle's. They're proposing color change and to extend the <br /> canopy. <br /> • Change appearance of gable roof and add window treatment feature, which is not a <br /> window. <br /> • Building B has been painted purple and butternut. <br /> • Building D—adding brick and adding peak dormer, <br /> • Roof being changed to the gray selection on Buildings B and D. <br /> • Clock Tower being pulled forward to lower level and in its place a gazebo will be placed <br /> upstairs. <br /> Walter reminded them that under the rules each tenant is allowed 5% for signage. He suggested <br /> in doing remodeling they may want to consider signage.
