Consensus was reached on the following conditions to be attached to approval, if given: <br /> 1. DPW to approve sign location. <br /> 2. Maximum sign not to exceed 32 s.f. <br /> 3. One ladder board area on sign for each lot. <br /> 4. Lettering and color of ladder board sign to be the same throughout. <br /> 5. Echo Park lettering to be gold leaf. <br /> 6. Property Owners who use the ladder board sign will restrict their property free standing sign <br /> requirements to 50%of allowance signage as discussed in the sign code bylaw. A 20 s.f maximum free <br /> standing sign will be allowed instead of current 40 s.f. <br /> 7. Board of Selectmen and Chamber of Commerce will have final approval. <br /> Site Plan and Landscape Review <br /> Mashpee Commons <br /> Buildings 16 and 17 <br /> John Renz and Tom Feronti were present on behalf of Mashpee Commons and they showed site plan and color <br /> elevations for Buildings 16 and 17. Color set not needed for Design Review,but will be supplied to Russ <br /> Wheeler,Building. Site plans were reviewed and discussed as follows: <br /> Building 12-A...Taking back old drive-through at Bank and adding upstairs. <br /> Conclusion: Stamped approved. <br /> Buildin 16...Reviewed plan site. Also they're adding dumpster behind Bldg. 16. <br /> Conclusion: Stamped approved. <br /> Building 29...3 apartments upstairs; retail downstairs. Have internal and external stairways.
