Mashpee Shell <br /> 135 Main Street/Route 130 <br /> Gary Bourne was present and discussed proposed signage. During discussion, following issues were raised and <br /> these were made conditions of approval: <br /> • Gary said they will move sign onto their own property <br /> • They will refile papers correctly since they still need variance for size and set-back requirement since <br /> residential property. <br /> I . Sign will be 20 square feet(4X5) maximum and 10 feet high maximum. <br /> • They'll use goosenecks as lighting at top. <br /> • To bring final Plan to Building Department for Design Review to review. <br /> Conclusion: Conditionally approved as noted above. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> • Minutes of July 21, 2004 were approved by Walter and Tom, the only Committee members who were <br /> present at that meeting; <br /> • Minutes of August 18, 2004 were approved by Tom and Robert, as amended; <br /> • Minutes of September 1, 2004 as presented were approved unanimously, except Richard Steven <br /> abstained. <br /> Discussion <br /> Walter welcomed Richard Stevens,Building Inspector,to the Committee.
