Mashpee Design Review Committee <br /> Minutes of Meeting Held Wednesday,March 17, 2004 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 3 <br /> Committee Members Present: Walter Yarosh, Thomas O'Hara, Bob Nelson also <br /> present was George Baker, Fire Chief. <br /> Summary <br /> • The Shed Place, Route 28/Falmouth Road—Not approved <br /> • Zoe's, Mashpee Commons—To do an on site <br /> • River Hill—Temp sign for 30 days,return with permanent signage <br /> • Harwich Block, corner of Echo Road—Sign is ok but will return with <br /> location of the sign on the property <br /> • Cape and Island Homes, 129 Industrial Drive—Will return with <br /> landscape plan and handicap parking, lighting, and dumpster location <br /> • 56 Nicoletta's Way—Approved with comments noted on plan, will <br /> return with building plans <br /> • Wags Road—Not enough information <br /> Signs , <br /> The Shed Place, 629 Falmouth Road, Mike Day <br /> The committee questioned if the sign was'on town property and that some of the displays <br /> were on town property and noted that there were complaints concerning the displays. <br /> This was not approved. <br /> Zoe's Pizza, Mashpee Commons,Mike Day <br /> The committee felt the sign was too large for the allowed area but, decided to do an on <br /> site inspection. <br /> River Hill, Meetinghouse Partners LLC <br /> Temporary sign approval for 30 days has been approved. Will file for permanent <br /> signage. <br /> Harwich Concrete Block 544 Route 1301Main Street <br /> The sign was approved, the landscape plan not approved. Will bring in landscape plan <br /> for approval. <br />
