The Project consists of clear cutting 4 and mitigation for,approx.imataly 23 <br /> acres,on a portion of an 18-acre parcel,located between Echo Road acid Nicoletta's Way <br /> on Route 130 in Mashpee,MA. This includes earthwork and grubbiut;on approximately <br /> 1.3 acres within the 2.7 acre clear cut.This Project approval anticipaws the future use of <br /> 1.9 acres within the interior of the 2,7 acre cleared area for future deti Aopment(where <br /> site restoration is not being required),and requires the revegetation of buffers to Rt. 130 <br /> and Nicolerta`s Way. <br /> G2. The Mashpee zoning bylaw requires a minimurn 50-foot buffer between proposed <br /> development and Route 130.
