This DRI decision is valid for 7.years and local development permits may be issued <br /> pursuant hereto for a period of 7 years from the date of the written decision. <br /> 02. Failure to comply with all conditions stated herein, and with all rel&D-.d statutes and other <br /> regulatory measures,shall be deemed cause to revoke or modify this decision. <br /> G3. The Applicant shall obtain all state and local permits for the proposed project. <br /> G4. No feather development work, as the term"development" is defined h i the Act, shall be <br /> undertaken until 4 appeal periods have elapsed or, if such are appeal has been flied,until <br /> all judicial proceedings have been completed. <br /> G5. Prier to issuance of building permit for any development within the required buffers <br /> and the cleared area of the Project,the Applicant shall submit final plans as approved by <br /> local boards for review by Commission staff to determine their consi:,Tenwy with this <br /> decision and/or inhumation submitted as part of the DRI review, if the final plans <br /> approved by local boards are inconsistent with this decision ud/ar sUno <br /> information,then they shall`be ievrewed_subject to Satibin 7 of"th- C.`We Cod <br /> �E Commission Administrative Regulations,Modification to A,ppmveci f�RIIs,dated <br /> 5130/02 and as amended from time to time. <br /> Gb. A Certificate of Compliance from the Cape Cod Commission shall be obtained by the <br /> Applicant prior to the sale or conveyance of any lot,or prior to the issuance of any local <br /> permits or any development as defined by the Cape Cod Commission Act,within the 18 <br /> acre property as described on the plans entitled"Site Sketch Plan,prepared by Coastal <br /> Engineering, Inc, dated July 3,2003 and revised July 21,2004"or on a subsequent <br /> Definitive flan as approved and endorsed by the Town of Mashpee PIauning Board. The <br /> restoration landscaping as described under Conditions CC1,CC2,anti CC3 and the <br /> division of land for proposed open space as described in Condition N[t1 are exempt from <br /> this Condition. <br /> G7. Prior to a Certificate of Compliance the Applicant shall submit a revived site plan <br /> showing buffers, open space, and area to be retained as cleared area, its be reviewed and <br /> approved by Commission staff.
