Mashpee Design Review Committee <br /> Minutes of Meeting Held Thursday, September 23,2004 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 3 <br /> Committee Members Present: Walter Yarosh, Thomas O'Hara, Lee Gurney,Mary LeBlanc, Richard Stevens, <br /> and Robert Nelson. <br /> Summary <br /> • K.C. Coombs School--Sign stamped approved. <br /> • Harwich Concrete Block— Sign stamped approved with condition that maximum height is 10 feet to top <br /> of sign. <br /> • Boys & Girls Club of Cape Cod—Did not have proposal to review so referred to Building Department. <br /> • Clover Paving— Site Plan approved per comments noted on Site Plan; and Landscape Plan approved per <br /> comments noted on Landscape Plan and also per Mary LeBlanc's September 20 memo to Clover(copy <br /> of the memo attached to printed set of these minutes). In addition, Clover to bring back the stamped <br /> approved Landscape Plan to Building Department since only one copy was submitted and Building j <br /> Department requires the approved copy for their files. <br /> Walter Yarosh, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. <br /> Sims <br /> K.C. Coombs School <br /> Brad Tripp <br /> Reviewed proposed sign submitted and all requirements were met. <br /> Conclusion: Stamped approved. <br /> Harwich Concrete Block <br /> Brian Baslik <br /> Brian Baslik stated that although Harwich had previously obtained approval for a sign they were going to <br /> downsize the size due to community concerns. The submitted proposal for downsized version was reviewed <br /> and discussed. Concerns were raised about the height of the sign being proposed. <br /> Conclusion: Sign stamped approved with condition that maximum height is 10 feet to top of sign. <br /> Boys& Girls Club of Cape Cod <br /> 31 Frank Hicks Drive <br /> i <br /> George Noonan appeared and said they are looking to place a 2X4 size sign to mark their driveway,but he did <br /> not have anything to show their proposal. Design Review referred him to Building Department, who would <br /> assist him. <br /> i` <br />
