He said he is not sure if they're going to light the sign. Following detailed discussion of <br /> various sign options,Mike Caggiano was of the opinion that block letters on the building would be more visible <br /> and said he would decide and then would take proposal to Mashpee Commons for their approval. <br /> Conclusion: Whatever signage is decided and approved by Mashpee Commons is to be submitted to <br /> Building Department for Design Review to review. <br /> Site Plan and Landscape Review <br /> 6 Falmouth Road <br /> Couto Management Group <br /> Attorney—Michael Ford <br /> Michael Ford presented revised Site Plan and said they will be going to ZBA with the revised Site Plan. The <br /> Plan was reviewed and discussed in detail—in particular the idea of making entry right-hand turn only because <br /> the Applicant says they do not have access off of the side street. Walter commented that this would be a <br /> disaster. <br /> Conclusion: Revised Plans stamped approved with conditions that entrance be 2-way in/out because the <br /> Applicant says they do not have access off of the side street and the lower plantings be moved back <br /> because site lines were too high. <br /> 334 Main Street . <br /> McShane Construction <br /> Kevin Kirrane <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane addressed the meeting saying that he was attending in place of Kevin Kirrane. He <br /> introduced John McShane, Steven Hayes and Matt Teague to the Board. Steven Hayes presented Site Plans for <br /> 2 commercial buildings going on 1.93 acre site that is C-2 Zoning District and Mashpee Overlay District. <br /> Steven explained that a project 40B residential development would be on the back section. Steven advised that <br /> the 2 commercial buildings are identified as Building 1 and Building 2 and that each of these buildings are <br /> divided into 4 shops or offices.
