The site <br /> plan. as approved at that time (prepared by PCA Architects rev. 3/5/03) is almost <br /> identical to what is proposed today (7/26/06) to accommodate a new tenant--Olympia <br /> Sports. Condition +2 requires that prior to the issuance of a building permit for any <br /> structure beyond buildings A&B, a detailed site plan and building, elevations should be <br /> submitted for review and approval by the MPB, with review and recommendations from <br /> the DRB. <br /> On July 12. 2006, Tom Fudala requested additional information as part of the site plan <br /> review, and that information, coupled with site plans and elevations are submitted below. <br /> The modification of the Special Permit approved in 2003 indicated a total square footage <br /> of 22.400 sq. ft. for F-1 and F-2. That figure has been increased to 22. 767 sq. ft to <br /> accommodate specific design and tenant needs. The additional square footage of367 sq. <br /> ft. will be deleted from subsequent proposed buildings. Buildings F-2 is 13,285 sq. ft., <br /> increased from 12,400 sq. ft. or an increase of 885 sq. ft. The sidewalk on the Route 28 <br /> slope has been moved slightly to the north. Other than that, there are only very minor <br /> differences with what was proposed in 2003. Obviously, now there is more specificity <br /> and detail to the plans. <br /> The site plan review indicated below involves three elements: <br /> ■ Building F-2 <br /> • Completion ofthe landscaped plaza <br /> • Parking lot south <br /> 1 <br />
