He said they would stay within 20 square feet. <br /> Right now,there is no plan for window lettering. Design Review commented that the sign had nice color combination <br /> with raised letters. Design Review also cautioned Mr. Casler that if he does add window lettering that counts in the 20 <br /> square feet allowed for all signage. <br /> Conclusion: Stamped approved with condition that total of 20 square feet to be for all signs. <br /> Countrywide Home Loans <br /> 11 Joy Street <br /> Pretorious Electric& Si <br /> Rich Pretorious appeared and said the sign and blade sign shown would be about 21 square feet. Tom O'Hara pointed out <br /> that if they use window decal that would also be signage and added to size of signage. The signage and colors looked <br /> fine. Rich Pretoris said he would re-calculate sizing and get rid of blue field on door sign so that only Countrywide logo <br /> lettering appears on the door with their hours. In doing the re-calculation he would bring total signage to 20 square feet. <br /> Conclusion: Stamped approved with condition that total of 20 square feet to be for all signs. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> Minutes of April 26, 2007 were approved. <br /> Discussion <br /> Tom O'Hara noted for the record that Lee Gurney is no longer a member of this Committee; she resigned from the <br /> Planning Board. Tom will now be representing the Planning Board on this Committee.
