• Walter asked: How many variances does applicant need? Mr. Eddy said they didn't look
at that.
• Mr. Eddy commented that if they have to go through so much to rebuild then Mr. Talanian
may use the existing building but rebuilding would look so much better in town.
• Mr. Eddy.said they do not want to go to ZBA at all. Rich Stevens said he is in agreement
that they do not have to go to ZBA.
• Mr. Eddy said there is no storm water management there at all.
• Sheldon asked location of dumpster. Mr. Eddy said they'd have to re-configure to fit it in.
Sheldon reminded them that it has to be 25 feet from the building, and it has to be shown
on the site plan.
• Need a landscape plan.
• Existing entrance gives Fire Department access to front of the building, with side entrance
added on plan this would give 2 accesses to the front of the building but no access to the
back. Sheldon said that in view of size of the building access to back not a requirement.
Conclusion: Parking is a big issue. Revised plan should show entire lot parcel, not show
only portion of lot parcel. Need landscape plan.
