Mashpee Design Review Committee V <br /> Minutes of Meeting Held Thursday,June 28,2007 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 1 <br /> Committee Members Present: Thomas O'Hara, Walter Yarosh,Robert Nelson, Tom Jalowy, and Richard Stevens. <br /> Summary <br /> • Heather Restaurant—Stamped Approved. <br /> • Kooharian Fine Art--Stamped Approved with requirement to keep total signage under 20 square feet. <br /> • Mad Platter, Mashpee Commons-Not approved. <br /> Thomas O'Hara, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. for the purpose of reviewing signage applications. <br /> I <br /> aim <br /> Heather Restaurant, South Cape Village <br /> 20 Joy Street <br /> Owner—Matt C2aLey- <br /> Paul Luszcz of Zebra Visuals appeared with Matt Conley. Design Review Committee commented that the signs look <br /> great--one of the best signs presented for approval. <br /> Conclusion: Stamped approved. <br /> Kooharian Fine Art, South Cape Village <br /> 15 Joy Street <br /> AMlicant—David Koorharian and Don Depolo <br /> Tammy Depolo presented the proposed signage, as well as a description of printing to possibly go on the door. Design <br /> Review Committee advised applicant that some of the signage proposed did not have to be reviewed for approval because <br /> they were under size. Applicant was advised that they should keep total signage under 20 square feet, which includes <br /> signage on the door. <br /> Conclusion: Stamped Approved with requirement to keep total signage under 20 square feet. <br /> Mad Platter, Mashpee Commons <br /> 5 North Market Street <br /> John Renz and Tom Ferond <br /> John Rent and Tom Feronti of Mashpee Commons appeared. Prior to addressing Mad Platter signage, John Renz asked <br /> for clarification and asked if they could be given any documentation on rules governing signage in Mashpee Commons. <br /> He said it was his understanding that only those signs visible from 28 and 151 roadways had to be approved by Design <br /> Review;otherwise they did not have to be approved. <br />
