Mashpee Design Review Committee � � 's ell- Minutes of Meeting Held Thursday,July 26,2007 i Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 1 Committee Members Present: Thomas O'Hara, Walter Yarosh, Robert Nelson, and Richard Stevens(arrived 8:35 a.m.). Absent: Tom Jalowy, Thomas O'Hara, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 8:30 a-m. Signs l Carlton Drive Ashers Path Apartments . Locust Street Sign i Mike McGowan appeared saying the contractor asked him to represent them on the sign at Carlton Drive. He said they are putting the sign on posts and the posts are to match the colors used on the building. The Committee advised that they should not make the sign part of the fence. The Committee also stated that the building number should appear on the sign as an aid for the Fire Department. Following review and discussion, Mr. McGowan agreed that putting the building number"1"in the circle at the top of the sign was the best approach and it would be done. Conclusion: Stamped approved with condition that the building number"1"would be placed on the sign as agreed. Discussion Tom O'Hara proposed that he step down as Chairman and Walter Yarosh become Chairman of Design Review Committee. Motion: Tom O'Hara motioned that Walter Yarosh be named Chairman of the Design Review Committee; Bob Nelson seconded the motion; and it was unanimously passed. i Motion: Walter Yarosh motioned that Toot O'Hara be named Vice Chairman of the Design Review Committee; Bob Nelson seconded the motion;and it was unanimously passed.
