Minutes of Combined Meeting.of ✓�� <br /> Mashpee Design Review Committee and <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Held Thursday, January 22, 2009 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 3 <br /> Design Review Members Present: Walter Yarosh, Robert Nelson, Tom O'Hara, Tom Jalowy, and <br /> Richard Stevens. <br /> Plan Review Members Present: <br /> Richard Stevens, Building Inspector <br /> Charlie Maintanis, Local Inspector <br /> Sheldon Hamblin, Deputy Fire Chief <br /> Joel Clifford, Fire Inspector <br /> Tom Fudala, Town Planner <br /> Glen Harrington, Health Agent <br /> Paul Bryant, Police Department <br /> Richard Stevens called the meeting to order at 9:15 a.m. <br /> 103B Industrial Drive <br /> Daniel Brann <br /> Sickshooter Motorcycle Parts <br /> Shipping and receiving of motorcycle.parts, storage of motorcycles and <br /> Automobiles (show quality). Customizing and detailing (all detailing <br /> Products will be non-hazardous and environmental) safe). <br /> Daniel Brann appeared and explained their business as follows: <br /> • They have parts assembled at the site and shipped out. <br /> • Customizing motorcycles is a clean operation—they send each part out to be modified and <br /> then finished parts are shipped back and reinstalled on the motorcycle. <br /> Mr. Brann said they will assemble bikes with new parts and give customer back the old parts <br /> so they have no storage. <br /> They are not in operation right now. <br /> • No washing done at the facility. Cars are washed beforehand. <br /> • Everything is on appointment basis. <br /> • 85% of cars detailed they will pick up—no line of cars. <br /> • He and his son are the only employees. <br /> • They customize motorcycles and bring to shows. Only one or two being worked on at a time. <br /> • Sheldon asked: What is current use group? Since it is light assembly, would fall under S2 <br /> group. Rich Stevens noted that Zoning Board allowed S2 use group. Sheldon said if they are <br /> storing motor vehicles there, he would be concerned. Mr. Brann said they are not storing <br /> there. <br />
