Mashpee Design Review Committee <br /> Minutes of Meeting Held Thursday, April 9, 2009 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 1 <br /> Committee Members Present: Walter Yarosh, Thomas O'Hara, and Tom Jalowy. <br /> Also Present: Richard Stevens. <br /> Absent: Robert Nelson. <br /> The meeting was called to order at 8:32 a.m. <br /> Signs <br /> Mashpee One Room School House <br /> 13 Great Neck Road North <br /> Sign and Kiosk <br /> Representative_- Richard Hawryluk <br /> Richard Hawryluk and Frank Lord appeared. Mr. Hawryluk said the sign is white with black lettering <br /> for the School House. He said Archives never had a sign so he doesn't know what it will be, if any. <br /> Mr. Hawryluk said he is to check with DPW because they said they will move the post back. He and <br /> Mr. Lord showed where the information kiosk is going to be located. They said High School students <br /> are making the sign. <br /> Conclusion: Sign Stamped Approved with condition they move the road sign as far back as <br /> possible. <br /> New Seabury Signage <br /> Great Neck Road South & Great Oak Road <br /> Revisions from January 22, 2009 meeting <br /> Representative — Larry Carr <br /> Larry Carr showed the revisions made to the signage from January 22"d meeting. Tom O'Hara said <br /> the only question he had is on one Red Brook Road sign...could they change so it would read: <br /> 20 Red Brook Road <br /> Mashpee Rotary <br /> Route 28 <br /> Mr. Carr said he would re-do the 4.4a sign and submit for Design Review approval. <br /> Conclusion: Stamped approved with condition 4.4a sign being changed as discussed. <br /> Approval of Minutes...Minutes of 9 were approved. <br /> Adjournment...This portion of Design Review Meeting was adjourned at 8:55 a.m. so that the <br /> Committee could reconvene for a combined meeting with the Plan Review Committee. <br /> Re pectfully submitted, <br /> J n Gili erti <br /> ecording Secretary <br />
