Sheldon Hamblin raised the question: Is this <br /> Committee going beyond its means of expertise in designing this? Rich Stevens said an 8' stockade <br /> fence is more than sufficient and, in addition, it will be inspected regularly. <br /> Waste...Mr. Lopes said the waste will be disposed of at the Transfer Station. Ronnie Warden again <br /> reminded him that this is what he has to do; it cannot be composted. <br /> Motion: Ronnie Warden motioned that Plan Review approve a personal kennel license to <br /> Brendan Lopes and Tiffany Mendes at 225 Ashumet Road with the set of kennel conditions <br /> and amendments made thereto today, June 11, 2009, subject to the conditions with <br /> amendments being forwarded to Town Counsel for final review and approval; and subject to <br /> Applicants submitting a revised Kennel Plot Plan that show revisions made and agreed to at <br /> this June 11, 2009 Plan Review.
