CONCLUSIONS
Consensus of the Committee was that the proposal was well done. Tom Jalowy commented that he
likes the simplicity of the proposal; and Tom O'Hara added that the aesthetics look great
• Don Megathlin will check with their architect to see whether they can stain the brick to make
delineation between the walk and the street.
• Handicap crosswalk is fine, but other crosswalk goes behind a parked car so that crosswalk
will be moved.
• Place low green hedge between bollards.
• At last parking space, rather than going to a point move line to go across front of the parked
car. Both Don Megathlin and Matt Eddy agreed this would be better.
• For Planning Board presentation, they are going to show people on the walkway; signs and
directional arrows will also be shown on the drawing.
Approval of Minutes... The minutes of the combined meeting of Design Review and Plan Review
held December 10, 2009 was approved.
Adiournment...This joint meeting of Design Review and Plan Review adjourned at 9:50 a.m.
Respectfully submitted,
J n Giliberti
eecording Secretary
2
