Brown <br /> Eight applicants for clerk/typist in the Selectmen's office <br /> were interviewed and the Board will recommend 1) Marie Fitzgerald, <br /> 2) Helen Kondochriste, and. 3) Jeanne Madden to the Selectmen for this <br /> position. Also, Susan Quinlan, Marjorie Romaine, and Susan Antulonis <br /> will be recommended to the Finance Committee and the Waterways <br /> Committee for the positions of secretary to those committees. <br /> Jeanne Thomas, Administrative Secretary for the Selectmen <br /> was asked to obtain from the Selectmen a detailed, precise job des- <br /> cription for the position of Executive Secretary, explaining the <br /> administrative responsibilities and how much authority this person <br /> would have. <br /> A note will be written to John Malone, Board member, asking <br /> him to give Bbb Graham a call to discuss his future plans concerning <br /> the Personnel Board. <br /> Having no further business, the meeting was adjourned at <br /> q:00 P.M. <br /> Respectively submitted, <br /> jsa <br />
