Selectmen <br /> The Application for Employment form used b the Town <br /> y was given to Town <br /> Counsel Staff for review and changes to insure legality. <br /> Regarding George Costa, Attorney Staff stated that the Personnel Board <br /> should make an appointment with a qualified neurosurgeon or neurologist for <br /> examination and determination as to his ability to return to work. The <br /> Personnel Board will set up an appointment. <br /> Since two high school students are available under the CETA III Program, <br /> the vacated position of Maintenance/Groundsman for the Indian Museum will not <br /> be filled at this time. At this time it was requested of the Selectmen to <br /> obtain a copy of the Title III requirements for the Personnel Board, so it <br /> will be informed of any of its responsibilities. <br /> A copy of a letter dated February b, 1974 from the Board of Selectmen <br /> to the Personnel Board was given by Mr. Graham to the Selectmen, concerning the <br /> Salary Administration Plan and its revisions. <br /> It was decided that the Boards will again meet at a later date to discuss <br /> the Executive Secretary position, and Board policy. <br /> Having no further business, the meeting was adjourned 'at' 7:00 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> jsa <br />
