MINUTES <br /> BOARD OF REGISTRARS <br /> Mashpee Town Hall- Town Clerk's Office <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> Thursday, September 1,2022 <br /> 5:15 P.M. —Town Clerk's Office, Mashpce"Town Hall-closed to public <br /> PRESENT <br /> Ernest Virgilio, Alexa Hanson, Deborah Kaye, Yvonne Courtney and Judy Mooney <br /> Call to Order: <br /> Meeting was convened at 5:15 P.M. <br /> MINUTES <br /> None at this time. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1) Set Ballot for Tuesday, October 4, 2022 Special Town Election hours are from <br /> 9a.m.—6 p.m. due to the resignation of Andrew Gottlieb, Select Board member, <br /> term expiring in May 2023. <br /> Names were put on pieces of paper and pulled out of a hat for position on the <br /> Election Ballot. <br /> Select Board- 7 Months <br /> #1—Michaela Wyman-Colombo #2—Andrew Gregory McKelvey <br /> The Ballot was accepted by Yvonne and seconded by Alexa to go to the printer. <br /> 2) Discussion on Early Voting by mail only for the Special Town Election. Informed <br /> the Board that every voter who did not select "All Elections"on their Vote-By- <br /> Mail postcards sent to them by the State, will be sent a letter asking them if they <br /> would like to be mailed a ballot for the Special Town Election. <br /> 3) Reviewed upcoming Elections for the remainder of the year 2022. Discussion on <br /> a candidate running in Bourne, Kathleen Fox Alfano, against David Vieira, from <br /> Falmouth, if she gets 150 signatures she may be on the ballot for November State <br /> Election. Deadline for ballots to be counted must be postmarked Election Day! <br />
