Minutes of the Personnel Board A'�eeting_o.f_Sentember _20, 1976 <br /> Correspondence received from George Green, 'Superintendent of Streets requesting <br /> permission to hire a part-time clerk for research work on deeds and layouts <br /> of Torn and County roadways and ancient gays, Simultaneously, received a . <br /> copy of a letter from the Board of Selectmen sent to Mr. Green suggesting that <br /> the work he would like to accomplish can be done through the cooperation of <br /> the .Town's Planning Board and Board of Assessors. Suggested that any further <br /> action exerted in this regard be. directed to the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Received a request from Ralph Hendricks, requesting <br /> that his probationary period be waived--the board- concurred with his <br /> request effective October 1, 1976 and notified him accordingly, <br /> The Board discussed the recent requests that it has been receiving of waiving <br /> probationary periods for reasons of prior service or otherwise, and upon <br /> motion duly made and seconded it was voted that the Personnel. Board will not <br /> entertain any further requests for waiving probationary periods. <br /> Chair entertains a motion to adjourn, seconded by Wilma Graham. <br /> Fleeting adjourned at 11:30 P.M- <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> - Irene Kosarick <br /> J <br />
