• Town of Mashpee <br /> Personnel Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting, March 17, 1975 7:30 Pm. <br /> PRESENT: R. Graham, W. Clendenin, J. Malone, R. Maxim <br /> There was a discussion of salary wage classification scale <br /> incorporating 5% cost of living raise for Town employees_ <br /> A notation will made to change the vacation schedules from <br /> an anmial basis to a fiscal basis, <br /> William Mills, Fire Chief, sent a letter recommending that <br /> the following fire fighters be made permanent, having successfully <br /> completed their probationary period: Teddy Hendricks, James Volpe, <br /> James Medeiros, Howland Evora. This was approved by the Personnel <br /> Board, and a notification was sent to Town Accountant, and Treasurer <br /> 'a making them permanent employees as of 1/29/75 .. <br /> Regarding Paul Mills employment status, a copy of a letter <br /> to Florence Lucas will be sent to him, notifying him of Personnel <br /> Board's decision. <br /> . Walter Hurlburt, Chairman of Finance Committee, was present to <br /> discuss implementing the proposed 5% cost of living raise for Town, <br /> employees, which will be in an article at annual town meeting, May 12, 1975. <br /> John Malone suggested that the minutes of preceding meetings be <br /> read each week. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 p m <br /> E Respectfully submitted, y <br /> 1 <br />
