Minutes of the meeting of the Personnel Board--October 18 1976 <br /> i <br /> • i <br /> 2ieeting of the Board was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman Frank I <br /> Leonardi with 'Wilma Graham and John Peters attending. <br /> i <br /> Minutes of the October 4th meeting approved as sumbitted. <br /> Discussed vacation time for Frank Hicks and a ruling was made by the Board that <br /> his accrual will be based on employment in the Town of.Mashpee in excess of <br /> 10 years. <br /> A copy of a letter from Sgt. Robert L. Costa tending his resignation effective <br /> December 31, 1976 from the Mashpee police Department was noted and filed. <br /> A communication received and noted from Mr. DePalma requesting a meeting <br /> with this Board after the proposed revision of the Salary Administration Plan <br /> has been accomplished. <br /> Communication received and noted regarding correction of vacation days for <br /> Grace Maddox--Assessors Office. <br /> Merit increases approved' as follows: <br /> Varden Kelley Grade 4 Step 6 Effective Sept. 3, 1976--$2.97 per hr. <br /> Jeanne Madden Grade 4 Step 2 Effective Nov. 1, . 1976--$2.70 per hr. <br /> Oliver Pocknett Grade 11 Step 9 Effective SOt.13, '1976--$4.47 per. hx. <br /> Leroy Thaxton Grade, 8 Step 6 Effective 5ept.27,1976-43.60 per hr. <br /> Vacations approved: <br /> _ Chief Bingham October 15, 1976 to Nov. 5,. 1976 <br /> Larry E. Dove November 8, 1976 to Nov. 12, 1976 <br /> Marcia'nucharme was granted permission to carry over 5-,Vacation days to 1977. <br /> Communication sent to Board of Selectmen regarding.emnloyment of part-time <br /> secretarial assistance, in lieu of temporary absence of Yrs.
