The Personnel Board Meeting of Monday 'July 18, . 1977 was called <br /> to order by Frank Leonardi, Chairman with members John Peters <br /> and Wilma Graham attending at 7:30 P.M. <br /> Vacation approved for Jerry DePalma 8/15---8/19/77. <br /> The Board met with Eleanor Doe, Chairman of the Library <br /> Trustees and advised her that we recommend a salary rate of <br /> $2.99 per hour for the Librarian; however she must be in touch <br /> with Board of Selectmen to be advised when this change can occur. <br /> Letter sent to Board of Selectmen advising that we recommend <br /> granting a one year Leave of Absence for Marcia Ducharme, <br /> Secretary/Dispatcher at the Mashpee Police as requested. <br /> Advised Town Accountant that Elizabeth Nelson was appointed <br /> Secretary for the Wampanoag Indian Museum--Grade 6 Step 1--7/12/77. <br /> Noted and- filed letter dated July 12, 1977 from CRAB pertaining <br /> to George R. Costa stating that his case may be heard before <br /> the end of the year. <br /> The Personnel Board with the assistance of Town Accountant <br /> interviewed four applicants for Assistant Town Accountant and <br /> a letter was sent to Board of Selectmen with recommendations. <br /> Check in the amount of $20.b0 sent to Mass. League of Voters <br /> for membership. <br /> Request received from Mrs. Barbara Sloane, Chairman of the <br /> Mashpee Water Ways Committee requesting that we appoint <br /> Mrs. Judith Sciarillo 'as their secretary--recommendation sent <br /> to Board of Selectmen. <br />
