The Personnel Board Meeting of June 20, 1977 was called to order by <br /> Frank Leonardi, Chairman with Board Members Wilma Grahamâ–º John Peters <br /> and Ken=' Parolski present. <br /> Minutes of May 31, 1977 accepted as corrected. <br /> Vacations approved as follows: Grace Maddox 7/5--7/8/77 <br /> William Chase 6/30--7/3/77 <br /> Albert Gonsalves 6/20--6/22/77 <br /> James Medeiros 6/17/77 <br /> Noted copy of letter received From Board of Selectmen to Chief Bingham <br /> dated June 17, 1977 pertaining to their intention of not reappointing him. <br /> Letters acknowledged from Board of Selectmen regarding Lansing Pocknett-- <br /> dated June 2, 1977 pertaining to his inability of receiving a.doctor's <br /> certificate and dated June 16, 1977 termination of employment--filed. <br /> The Board met with representatives of the Mashpee Fire Association, <br /> Bargaining Committee James Volpe, James Medeiros and Gregory Willis to <br /> discuss the final draft of the proposed Mashpee Fire Contract. <br /> The Board met with the Board of Assessors, Robert DeLory, Robert Graham, <br /> and William Clendenin pertaining to Patricia Green and Grace Maddox. <br /> After much discussion, the Board decided to file information received <br /> pertaining to the above-named individuals in a folder labelled, "Board <br /> of Assessors, RE Mrs. Green and Mrs. Maddox. Member Wilma. Graham <br /> abstained from participating in the discussion. <br /> Responded to Marcia Ducharme's request and granted permission to carry <br /> over six days vacation leave to fiscal year 1977/78. <br /> Acknowledged letter from Jerry DePalma and granted Raymond martini status <br /> of being a permanent employee effective June 20, 1977. <br /> Noted letter from Kenneth McHuch, Identification Agent of the Crime <br /> Reporting Unit from the Department of Public Safety commending Deputy <br /> Frye on the finest report received on Crime Reporting--filed. <br />
