Landers---6/17,6/18,6/19/77 <br /> Gregory Jon Willis--5/3 5/4/77 <br /> James D. Volpe------5/7,5/8,5/9►5/10 and 5/15/77 <br /> Marilyn Hendricks---6/6--6/17/77 (10 days) <br /> George F. Green,Jr.-5/26,5/27/77 <br /> George Green--_-----5/16--5/20/77 <br /> Letter sent to Chief Bingham requesting an up-to-date job description of <br /> Policewoman Matron. <br /> Letter received from the Conservation Commission noted and filed pertaining , <br /> Ronald Pocknett, Conservation Officer. <br /> Communication sent to Dorothy Studley informing her that an_up-to~date job <br /> description for Policewoman-Matron will soon be forthcoming and then this Board <br /> will have something definitive within the next two weeks. <br /> Interviewingfor the position of Maintenance arranged for Tuesday, May 17, 1977, <br /> Advised Frank Hicks, Executive Secretary that Mr. Dove is not entitled to a <br /> merit step raise increase until July 1, 1977. <br /> Requested Jerzy DePalma to meet with the Board on Tuesday May 17, 1977 at 7:00 P.M. <br /> to discuss Beach Personnel. <br /> Sent a letter to Chief Bingham informing him that this Board concurs with him <br /> to hire Doris Hendricks to fill the position of Clerk-typist on the basis of <br /> maximum of 19 hours per week. <br /> Effective May 29, 1977 approved merit step raise for Marcia Ducharme--new level <br /> to be Grade 6 Step 4. <br /> Letter sent to the Bargaining Committee for the Fire Dept. requesting that they <br /> meet with us on Tuesday, May 17, 1977 at 8:45 P.M. to further discuss the new <br /> proposed Fire Contract. <br /> �.
