Minutes of Personnel Board <br /> Meeting of November 1, 1982 Page 2 <br /> • Letter from Atty.-Gilman - re: Disability <br /> Attorney Gilman's opinion on the. vacation buy-back for a police officer out on <br /> disability was received and read into the minutes. <br /> Firing Policy <br /> Curtis Woodbury inquired if the Board received a response regarding what the <br /> firing policy was. To-date, nothing has been received from the Board of <br /> Selectmen. <br /> Review of P.A.P. <br /> A review of the draft on. the P.A.P. was done to bring the new members up-to-date. <br /> Manuel made a motion for the secretary to send a memo to the Selectmen notifying <br /> them of the Personnel Board's intent to review the original P.A.P. instead of the <br /> draft and make recommendations. from the original. Curtis Woodbury seconded the <br /> motion. Curtis Woodbury made a motion to review the current P.A.P. next week. <br /> Manuel seconded the motion: All present were in agreement. <br /> Meeting Adjourned <br /> Manuel Glickman made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Dave Hardy seconded the <br /> motion.
