Personnel Board's <br /> Minutes of September 20, 1982 Page 2 <br /> Request to Pay Doctor's Bill <br /> An employee with the Highway Department, James Soltis, asked the Board if they <br /> would pay for an office visit with Dr. Lewis, which was a follow up visit from <br /> the annual physical last Spring.. The Board's secretary checked with Dr. Lewis <br /> and was informed that the visit was not due to a work related injury. Therefore, <br /> the Board voted not to pay for -the follow-up visit. <br /> Meeting with Charter Commission <br /> Each member of the Board was given a folder of information to review prior to their <br /> meeting next week with the Charter Commission. They were reminded that their meet- <br /> ing was scheduled for Tuesday, September 28, at 7:00 p.m. <br /> The Personnel Board voted to cancel their regularly scheduled meeting of Monday <br /> September 27, and meet- on September 28 at 6:00 p.m. prior to the Charter Commission <br /> meeting.
