Personnel Board's <br /> Minutes of August 16, 1982 Page 2 <br /> Request to File for Involuntary Retirement <br /> A letter dated August 13 to the Board of Selectmen from Chief Frye regarding <br /> Patrolman Vernon Thomas and a request to file an .application for involuntary <br /> retirement was read into the minutes. <br /> Survey of Town Positions_ <br /> The Town and the Service Employees International Clerical Union reached an <br /> agreement to seek funds at the next town meeting to hire an outside firm for <br /> the purpose of evaluating the positions now in place under that contract. <br /> Closing of Town Hall_ <br /> Town Hall will be closed .on September .14 for the State Primary and November 2 . <br /> for the State Election. <br /> Review of the P.A.P.
