Personnel Board's <br /> Minutes of May 24, 1982 Page 2 <br /> Request to Waive Annual Ph sisal Cont. <br /> on January 27, 1982 by Dr. Lewis as a pre-requisite to going to the State Police <br /> Academy. Fie also requested to be reimbursed for the physical if the Personnel <br /> Board approves such action. The Board agreed to waive the physical scheduled on <br /> June 17, 1982 for Mr. Umina. The secretary was asked by Bob Sullivan. to call <br /> Dr. Lewis' office to request a copy of the report of the physical examination given <br /> on January 27,_ 1982 to Gerald Umina. The Board agreed to reimburse Mr. Umina for <br /> the physical examination up to the cost of $35 upon receipt of the bill along with <br /> proof of payment. <br /> Educational Reimbursement Form <br /> Bob Sullivan brought in an Educational Reimbursement Form used by the teacher's <br /> in the High School in Portsmouth, Rhode island. The Board had previously reviewed <br /> an educational form supplied by' Selectman Garland. The secretary was asked by Bob <br /> Sullivan to draw up an applicable form for the Town of Mashpee. <br /> Annual Appointments <br /> A.memo dated May 12 from the Executive Secretary reminding the Board to -make recom- <br /> mendations relative to those appointments that expire was read into the minutes. <br /> The Personnel Board unanimously voted to recommend that Caroline Gilligan be re- <br /> appointed as a member to the Board. <br /> • Mail To d <br /> Town Hall Improvements - A memo dated May 14 regarding Town Hall Improvements was rea <br /> into the minutes. The building will be made accessible to the handicapped. <br /> A copy .of a letter dated May 14 from.James Igoe, Acting Supervisor of Public Records <br /> regarding minutes of a public meeting was read. The letter will be kept on file for <br /> reference. <br /> A copy of a letter dated May 17 from Paul Goldring, 'Ph.b., Clinical Psychologist was <br /> forwarded from the Police Department for review by the Personnel Board. Mr. Goldring, <br /> quotes a fee of $125 for psychological screening. Bob Sullivan felt that before <br /> another psychologist was considered that his credentials would have to be checked out. <br /> A memo dated May 19 from the Executive Secretary regarding the reorganization of 'the <br /> Board of Selectmen was read. . Sel. B. Jean. 'Thomas eras voted Chairman, Sel. O'Connell, <br /> Vice Chairman and Sel. Garland, Clerk. <br /> A memo dated May 20 from the Planning Board regarding their annual appointments and <br /> elections was read into the minutes.
