Youth Commission Page 2 <br /> Minutes <br /> July 26, 1994 <br /> The Committee also voted to request the appointment of Mr. Robert Govoni <br /> as a Regular Member who had been recommended as an Alternate Member. <br /> Mr. Frederick informed the Committee that the JTEC program is going well. <br /> There are 13 youths working in different departments of the Town of <br /> Mashpee. <br /> The Committee discussed developing a plan to enable low-income families <br /> to participate in various programs sponsored by the Town.
