OPENING <br /> The meeting opened at 6:40 PM at the Mashpee Public Library. <br /> H. SECRETARY'S REPORT <br /> Bob Govoni made a motion to approve the Meeting of February 7 with <br /> the addition of Boys and Girls Club discussion under New Business. <br /> Debbie seconded. Motion carried. <br /> III. COMMUNICATIQNS - "Together We Can" - Youth Center discussion took <br /> place on the pros and cons. Youth Commission - become advisory giving <br /> guidelines for any organization wishing to develop programs for youth, <br /> i.e., transportation, police/fire insp., liability ins., location. <br /> N. REPORTS - <br /> A. Old Business - <br /> 1. Membership - The commission voted to send a memo to the Board of <br /> Selectmen requesting the removal of Marita Scott. Bob Govoni made a <br /> motion for the Commission to remove Manta. Jodie seconded. Motion <br /> carried. Jodie made a motion to appoint Joey to fill one vacancy. Bob <br /> Govoni, however feels that Dawn is an upperclassman. Gordon feels <br />
