scheduled for Thursday, June 25th, in Conference Room #1 . <br /> The Chairman addressed the Willowbend/Shoestring Bay, ANR, <br /> Board of Appeals matter, informing the Board they have agreed to <br /> some nine (9) items of accommodation. <br /> The Chairman addressed correspondence from the Cape Cod <br /> Commission, letter of withdrawal, Subon ANR proposal. <br /> Other Items <br /> Proposed Health Department/Department Public Works <br /> Filling of Drainage Structures in Fox Hill Subdivision <br /> Mr. Rowley reported the location and status of this <br /> subdivision. He addressed the matter of open leaching pits by <br /> recommending they be covered over by rocks too large to be moved <br /> by children, while allowing water drainage. Mr. Rowley informed <br /> the Board he had discussed this matter and his recommendations <br /> with Mr. Taylor, of DPW. Mr. Rowley also made reference to his <br /> letter dated May 27, 1998, addressed to the Mashpee Planning <br /> Board, in which he stated said recommendations. <br /> The consensus of the Board was to support/agree with Mr. <br /> Rowley' s recommendations; the Board Secretary was asked to <br /> respond to Mr. Whritenour of such. <br /> The Chairman noted information regarding Windchime-Mashpee <br /> River Study Account is located in the file, for any interested <br /> Board Members. <br /> Minutes <br /> The Chairman entertained a motion be made for approval of <br /> Minutes of April 1, 1998; April 1, 1998-Discussion Board of <br /> Appeals-Local Comprehensive Plan, to which two minor <br /> modifications have been made, pages -1- and -3- ; April 15, 1998; <br /> and May 6, 1998 . <br /> MOTION:,, Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to approve the <br /> Minutes of April 1, 1998; April 1, 1998-Discussion Board of <br /> Appeals-Local Comprehensive Plan, (as amended) ; April 15, 1998; <br /> and May 6, 1998, as written; which Motion was seconded by Chance <br /> Reichel and so voted unanimously. <br /> Adjournment <br /> MOTION:.
