Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> On-Site visit-Stratford Ponds <br /> Discussion of Unit Mix - June 3, 1998 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board conducted an On-Site <br /> Visit, Stratford Ponds, Route 130, Mashpee, MA, on Wednesday, <br /> June 3, 1998, at 6 : 10 p.m. The Chairman, Patrick Coffey, <br /> presided. <br /> Planning Board Members present : Patrick Coffey, Chairman; <br /> Dennis Balzarini (6 :20 p.m. ) , vice Chairman; Chance Reichel; <br /> James Dorgan; and Scott Mitchell, Associate Member. <br /> Absent : John Kuchinski, Clerk. <br /> Also present: F. Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; Eric Twarog, <br /> Assistant Town Planner; and Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer. <br /> Stratford Ponds representation: Carl Grassetti and Jack <br /> Dawley (6 : 15 p.m. ) . <br /> Mr. Grassetti made reference to a Plan of Land dated May 29, <br /> 1998, by David Thulin, Engineer, entitled "Revised Plan-Mayfair <br /> Court, Windsor Point, Stratford Ponds, 92-032" . He stated the <br /> three areas for Board review to be the Sewer Treatment Plant, <br /> Windsor Point, and Mayfair Court. <br /> Mr. Grassetti stated he had provided an updated set of <br /> drawings regarding the drainage for Mr. Rowley. <br /> Mr. Grassetti also mentioned he had received one complaint <br /> from an abutter, Mr. Craig, regarding "dust" from the <br /> construction site. <br /> A quorum being present, the Chairman called the On-Site <br /> Visit/Meeting to order. <br /> Mr. Grassetti pointed out the subject areas which had been <br /> staked out. He mentioned there is now a couple thousand more <br /> square feet of open space. He pointed out the old structures, <br /> the new clearing limit line, and added areas. He stated there is <br /> a net add of 2, 000 square feet with 16, 000 to 19, 000 square feet <br /> of building space. <br /> Mr. Grassetti stated there are to be less garages, one <br /> garage per building; and smaller buildings with windows on both <br /> sides . (Mr. Dawley arrived on site at this paint-6:15 p.m. ) <br /> Mr. Grassetti then led the way to Mayfair Court, pointing <br /> out the first building. He stated the design is to be like those <br /> on Bishop Park, with the same texture, windows, landscaping, and <br />
