We should look at scenarios first. <br /> Tom said it's being done this way because of the result of this technology, especially the nitrogen fence. <br /> Pio said he will be developing a specific application for Mashpee. <br /> Jeff suggested that S&W address the decentralized cluster systems and NO addresses using the <br /> "fence". <br /> Pio responded that the fence can obviate the need for other systems or technologies. <br /> Tom said the Commission is trying to decide the best approach for the town; they feel Nitrex is <br /> significantly different than other technologies.
