Old Business: <br /> Waguoit Bay Town Line: Legal Opinion needed. <br /> Sponge Fouling: Sponges fouling Little River flat need to be removed. <br /> New Business: <br /> Shellfish Propagation 2012: York—The propagation plan for 2012 is: <br /> 1,000 bags of remote set oyster seed, 1,000,000 quahog seed, and 100,000 bay <br /> scallop seed. Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe plans relay 200 bushels of quahogs <br /> with their funds. Barnstable County is funding 200 of the oyster spat bags and <br /> 200,000 of the quahog seed. The rest is funded by Mashpee Shellfish Permit <br /> fees. <br /> Shellfish Aguaculture Regulationss-York— Shellfish Aquaculture <br /> Regulations and plans from various other towns were discussed.
