J, <br /> i <br /> i <br /> fer, or countenance, or assist in the making of the aforesaid and des- <br /> cribed improper noises, disturbance, breach of the peace or a diversion <br /> tending to a breach of the peace and the presence of any person or persons <br /> in or about the building,dwelling,premises,shelter,boat or conveyance or <br /> any part thereof during a violation of this by-law shall constitute prima- <br /> facie evidence that they are a countenancer to such violation. Any person <br /> violating shall be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars for each <br /> offense. <br /> Section 2. Alcoholic Beverages <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person who has not attained the age of <br /> twenty-one years to consume or have in his or her possession alcoholic <br /> beverages on public highways, including vehicles thereon, or public places <br /> within the Town of Mashpee. Whoever violates the provision of this by- <br /> law shall be fined in an amount not exceeding fifty dollars for each offense. <br /> Section 3. Alcoholic Beverages <br /> Y <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person to consume alcoholic beverages on <br /> public highways including vehicles thereon, or public places not duly li- <br /> censed for such purposes within the Town of Mashpee. Whoever violates <br /> the provisions of this by-law shall be fined in an amount not exceeding <br /> fifty dollars for each offense. <br /> } <br /> Section 4. Ungaraged,Unregistered Vehicles <br /> No person shall have more than one unregistered car or truck ungaraged <br /> on his premises in a Residential District and/or Agricultural District at any <br /> time unless authorized by the Board of Selectmen. In no event will an un- <br /> registered, unsightly car or truck be stored in the front yard. Violators <br /> shall be fined in an amount not exceeding twenty dollars for each offense. <br /> i <br /> Section 5.
