The various boards, <br /> departments and committees shall, on or before July 1 in each year (or <br /> earlier if required by the Selectmen), send in writing to the Board of <br /> Selectmen the estimated amounts of oil, coal and fuel oil required for the <br /> use of their respective boards, departments or committees for one year. <br /> The Selectmen shall, prior to the 15th of July in each year, advertise for <br /> bids to furnish the required amount of oil, coal and fuel oil, and shall <br /> award the contracts to the lowest responsible bidder. The contractor for <br /> oil, coal and fuel oil shall give bond in an amount satisfactory to the <br /> Selectmen (said bond to be in a principal amount of not less than one- <br /> quarter of the total contract) for the faithful performance of his contract. <br /> Section 5. It shall be the duty of the Selectmen to have printed Annual <br /> Reports of the Town ready for distribution not later than seven (7) days <br /> before the Annual Town Meeting. <br /> Section 6. The Selectmen shall appoint a Tree Warden for a term of <br /> one(1 year. <br /> )Y <br /> Section 7. The Board of Selectmen shall act as Park Commissioners <br /> for the Town. <br /> Section 8.
