C <br /> f <br /> j SECTION 3: <br /> ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONING DISTRICTS <br /> 3.1 The Town of Mashpee is hereby divided into zoning <br /> districts designated as follows: <br /> Residence Districts <br /> R-1 <br /> R-2 <br /> Commercial Districts <br /> F C-1 <br /> i? h-2 <br /> r� <br /> Industrial Districts <br /> I-1 <br /> Flood Plain Districts <br /> F' <br /> 3.2 Except for Flood Plain Dis <br /> tricts, the location and <br /> boundaries of these districts are hereby established <br /> r' as shown on a map entitled "Zoning Map of the Town <br /> of Mashpee," dated August 4, 1971, bearing the <br /> 4TIP•,; signatures of the members of the Planning Board and <br /> >> on file in the office of the Town Clerk, which map, <br /> with all explanatory matter thereon is declared to be <br /> a part of this By-Law. <br /> t 3.3 Any changes or amendments shall be indicated by the <br /> alteration of such map, and the map thus altered is <br /> declared to be a part of the By-Laws thus amended. <br /> ii 3.4 Where a district boundary is indicated as within or <br /> parallel to a street, highway, railroad right-of-way, <br /> u, water course or town municipal boundary such district <br /> x boundary shall be construed as the centerline or being <br /> r? parallel to the centerline of such street, highway, rail- <br /> road right-of-way, water course or town municipal <br /> n: <br /> boundary. <br /> 3.5 Whenever any uncertainty exists as to the exact loca- <br /> tion of a boundary line, the location of such line shall <br /> be determined from the scale of the map by the build- <br /> ing inspector. <br /> s. 12 <br /> N <br /> , <br /> i <br />
