i <br /> II <br /> I <br /> SECTION 9: SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> 9:1 -The following uses may be permitted as designated in <br /> Section 6.3, Table of Use Regulations, provided they <br /> meet the following requirements in addition. to any <br /> other requirements. <br /> 9.2 Motels. <br /> 9.21 No motel shall be constructed on a lot having less than <br /> two hundred (200) feet frontage, nor less than forty <br /> thousand (40,000) square feet of lot area. <br /> 9.22.
