i <br /> 9.333 Garden Apartment — no less than four (4) nor <br /> more than eight (8) •apartment units with no <br /> portion of the building below the first story nor <br /> above the second story used for dwelling pur- <br /> poses; <br /> 9.334 A community building and recreational facilities <br /> for the exclusive use of the residents of the <br /> development and their guests; <br /> 9.336 A bedroom shall be deemed any habitable room <br /> c providing such room exceeds sixty (60) square <br /> I feet in area and is other than a livingroam, <br /> ;I <br /> diningroom, kitchen, utility room or bathroom. <br /> ' 9.34 Phasing — The Board of Appeals shall determine the <br /> phasing of the construction of multi-family units, com- <br /> munity buildings and recreational facilities so as to <br /> render the construction of the development in an <br /> orderly fashion and to protect the individual lot own- <br /> ers within the development. Building permits for con- <br /> struction shall be granted only in accordance with such <br /> 1 f phasing schedule. The -project phasing schedule may <br /> be amended by the Board of Appeals to a less stringent <br /> schedule in cases where the Board of Appeals finds <br /> that individual lot owners are adequately <br /> q y protected. <br /> 9.35 Space Requirements <br /> 9.351 No single family or accessory use structure shall <br /> be built closer to the street line, sideline, or rear <br /> !!z line than the minimum requirement of the un- <br /> derlying zoning district and no multi-family <br /> t ? structure shall be built closer to the street line, <br /> sideline, or rear line than fifty (50) feet; 2 <br /> separate parking spaces shall be provided for <br /> each multi-family dwelling unit. <br /> k' 9.352 A Buffer strip of land equal in width to the front <br /> Yard requirement of the underlying, zoning dis- <br /> trict shall be created along the entire perimeter <br /> of the multi-family portion of the tract the <br /> j buffer strip shall be unbroken except for access <br /> roads. The buffer strip shall be considered part <br /> 'r of the permanent open space. The .buffer strip <br /> shall be retained in its natural state or land- <br /> scaped if in the opinion of the Board of Appeals + <br /> it is necessary to protect privacy of adjoining <br /> land owners and shall not be used for parking or <br /> ' 28 <br />
