No sign or advertising device shall be <br /> illuminated after 11 p.m. <br /> } ! 10.27 Subdivisions: One subdivision name sign, not to exceed <br /> 20 square feet, may be permitted for each entry to a <br /> subdivision from a public way. <br /> 10.3 Commercial and Industrial Districts. <br /> 10.31 Signs shall relate to the premises on which they are <br /> located and shall only identify the occupancy of such <br /> premises or advertise the articles and services available <br /> within said premises. <br /> 10.32 There shall be no temporary or permanent special pro- <br /> motion signs, banners, streamers or placards erected, <br /> a ,I suspended, posted or affixed in any manner outdoors <br /> or on the exterior of any building except for public <br /> purposes. <br /> 10.33 On each lot in a Commercial or Industrial District, <br /> a :I <br /> there is permitted one sign affixed to the exterior of <br /> a building, for each occupant.
